We have shopped at hancock ny ever since it has been there but today is it for me. I t started out badly when the automatic door closed with me in it. I am somewhat handicap ped but this never happened before. As i was waiting for my husband at the front door one of the important employees entered and acted like i wasnt even there.i was in customer service for over 44 years and i nevered ignored a customer .i have had issues with her before. Another checker i,ve had issues with ie she pulled a customer from the other line and as i am waiting in her line and checked him first. Nice looking young man maybe that had something to do with it. More then 3 times this has happened to me and I called and complained they did offer me a refund but I'd rather pay full price for good milk. They neglected to remove the milk from the cooler and 2 days later all that milk with the discounted stickers which was now a day past its experation date was still on the shelves. When they are available or when I can find them that helps to ever so slightly alleviate the audaciously high prices on everything else in the store. If time wasnt a factor it literally would be cheaper to drive a turbo diesel dually the extra 50 miles round trip to shop at Aldis or Wegmans in Binghamton a few times a week rather than Tops of Hancock.
