I was one of very vwry first customer as her microblading and lip brush. Even tho as she told me I am a such a trooper to trust her and have done by someone who still beginner. I liked her and I believe everyone need practice and I truly loved to help her use me as get more experience and she done great. Last lip brush was little uneven but still I believed the retouch will fix. I had ti cancel retouch due to my job schedule change due to my clients illiness and my availability and her availability weren't muched. It's fine for me it is what it is but all I got the sense from her was well retouch is 6 to 8 weeks so after that it will be full price. I mean that's fine but not even try to consider and work to juggle schedule with me like it was like all she cares. My appointment was at 8 weeks cuz of all the end of year holidays and not even was my selfishness or my schedule issue. I do understand it's a business. I have been wanting to do microblading for YEARS, but was always afraid how they would turn out. I saw a lot of intense looking brows that just aren't my style or a good fit for my face. I was super excited when I saw Nicole's work which seemed way more natural and for an amazing price. She was so down-to-earth, detail-oriented and explained everything without it being too much. Nice that she shows what she's using as you go along and lets you know all is clean/sanitized :) She provides a cute after-care bag with a guide on what to expect from your brows as they adjust until you come back for the 6-week touch up.
