I purchased over 3 months ago a replacement Liberty toilet pump to replace my existing broken one that is covered under warranty. I was told that after sending it in to the manufacturer, I would receive back my money for the new pump. The first one that I picked up was missing parts, so I had to replace it with a second one. They made me pay twice upfront and never refunded me my original pump that was under warranty.
