At first I left a 5 star review. This was because the food and service was amazing. I recently walked in with my co-worker and we placed two separate orders. One gyro had hot sauce the other didn’t. We paid separate for our orders. When we left and I got home I noticed that the server put my co-workers food in my bag and my food in my co-workers bag. My co-worker already ate my food and we live in two completely separate places on the opposite side of town. When I asked the server if they could make good on it (because I’m a repeat customer and bring business there with other people) the server told me they would call the manager and call me back. They never called me back so I went in and the server relayed to me that the manager stated “I paid what I paid for, so they couldn’t make a refund or give me new food”. I understand things happen, and I usually don’t make these things a big deal but I can’t eat spicy food because of a stomach issue. I used to work in the food industry as well and when this happens I tend to brush it off. But I didn’t eat anything that day and for a repeat customer this is bad service. Today was my first time ordering from this location. I ordered via grubhub and specially wrote for hot sauce and catchup. When my order arrived there was no hot sauce or catchup. So I drove to the place to get some catchup and hot sauce packet. Since I was at work I was on time crunch, when I got to the location and ask for the sauce the worker started questioning me about my order number and I forgot my phone at work bc I was at rush. Since he couldn’t find my order number he was refusing to give me the sauce. I never experienced fighting for 2 catchup bag. He was refusing to give me 2 catchup bag and hot sauce just bc he wasn’t able to confirm my order. I work at a hospital close by this location and this is my last time ordering from this location and definitely not recommending the place to any of my coworkers or family.
