Is this the kind of place where if they don't recognize you, then you get no customer service? Because that was my experience. I've lived in this town all my life, and yet they treated me like a tourist.

The older gentleman was helpful and courteous, but the middle-age man and woman couldn't be bothered by my presence. I asked him a question and he ignored me, only to have the woman spit out an answer as if I offended her.

The customers they recognized however, got all smiles that quickly faded when I stepped up to the register. Customers notice that stuff!

I needed a laser cut key for my Lexus. I was surprised that Zugibe's Hardware could do that. I brought in a blank key. The staff could not have been nicer and the key they cut, in less than five minutes, worked perefectly! I was happy to pay the $30 charge.
