As someone who has been buying and involved with computers for a very long time I find buying a computer to be a scary place. Most places don’t know much about computers and will lie about the capabilities of the computer. These places only care about the sale and after you buy that smoke and mirrors pc you are on your own. NOT the case at JAJ!!!! This is a company that is not only vastly knowledgeable but the computers they build are second to none and I have never in any industry experienced customer service as great as with JAJ. They first spoke with me about my specific needs and about what I wanted the pc to be able to do down to the detail. From that conversation they provided options that would not only do what I needed but exceed my expectations. As a content creator and streamer my PC is top priority. I went to JAJ to build my gaming pc and was so blown away I went back to them for my streaming pc. In both cases their build and customer service blew my mind. I will NEVER buy a pc anywhere else. You hear horror stories from people who got their pc from other companies. That will never happen with JAJ the build is solid as a rock and you won’t have any worry of quality in their builds. I had no clue how to set up a dual pc setup and they were just a phone call away. If I couldn’t figure something out they were right there to walk me through every step. I’ve never experienced customer service so passionate about the consumers satisfaction. Every time I turn on my dual pc setup I am still blown away. I’ve heard so many compliments on my dual pc’s and with pride I always say it’s JAJ. Other companies are out of so many components not JAJ. My gaming pc is a 3090 when other companies didn’t even have them in stock and the few that did were price gauging. I bought a mini itx build from JAJ a few months ago; I have had zero issues with it and he's such a handsome little lunchbox. My build is quiet enough and maintains appropriate temperatures for both my work and personal usage/flow, both together and separately (I can be a bit mean to my pc smh). Throughout my buying process one of their staff, Jesse, kept in touch with me to answer all and every little question or concern that I had. He was punctual and friendly too. I did not want to build my own build this time and being able to purchase from them as a first-time buyer with a stress-free experience was huge for me. My build was shipped quickly, packaged properly, and was just a matter of plug-and-play once it was in my hands. (the scratches on my included photo are because of me)

My son's gaming computer build had some issues & we tried every fix recommended by the manufacturer's manual, their website, even Google & YouTube searches. We felt it was either a faulty Motherboard or Processor that had to be the cause but had no way of really testing or swapping out parts to see for sure.
