Dealing with this company, especially the owner Dave was a complete NIGHTMARE. The worst experience I have ever had dealing with any purchase in my entire life by far. Using them was a huge mistake. I highly regret it. I originally came to them in March of 2022 and asked for a specific kind of dinner table. I asked Dave if he can make it. He told me “he can make any table”. He told me I would have my table in 3 months. I received a excuse after excuse for 8 months until the table finally arrived in DEFECTIVE condition. It was crooked and uneven to the point that as you ate on it, your plate would rock back and forth. It took about 2 months of arguing with him to get him to take the table back and fix it. Dave likes to scream, yell and curse at you when he doesn’t like what you are saying. He took the table back in about January or February of 2023. After leading me on for months, he finally told me that he cannot fix the old table and will make me a new one. He told me that the new one would be ready by the end of May 2023. I followed up with him in June 2023 and he began yelling and cursing and told me that “the table will be ready when its ready”. I cancelled my contract with him after almost a year and half of his abuse. I told him that I want a full refund or I will sue him for the money that he owes me. Our experience with Isabel was very disappointing. After paying for the table, she became extremely unresponsive and had a lack of communication on updates. Our table and bench arrived 3 months after we were told and I was the one following up without any updates from her end. I understand Covid delays but it went on for so long and could not get an honest answer. We paid more for chrome legs and they ended up more silver, not matching the rest of our chrome furniture. Picture shows the silver table legs next to our true chrome couch legs. Also, the legs have scratches all over. We had a couple people fall off the bench since the legs are not wide enough for the slab of wood and it’s wobbly. Isabel continued with empty promises of making this right but here we are few more months after it arrived and no follow through. The table itself is beautiful, although we wanted it lighter, and the live edge looks great. i've been a cabinet maker, contractor and woodworker for over 40 years and just got into turning wood lathe projects. I called Dave to find out about purchasing some materials from him for my turning projects. I drove to his shop and was immediately impressed by what i saw him and his crew producing there. Beautiful live edge slabs customized to every shape and form. Although i wasn't there to buy slab material, i was impressed by the workmanship that i saw there being in business for myself for over 40 years. Dave and his people were extreamly curtous and he scoured through tons of pieces of material to find me the right pieces that i wanted for my particular projects. Couldn't be happier and can't wait to go there again to probably buy some slabs from him for other projects.
