If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. While visiting family in NY over the holidays, my aunt insisted we stop by her favorite bakery in Long Island—Cream Espresso Bar & Bakery—and let me tell you, this spot is a hidden gem.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness by the mother-daughter duo who own the bakery. Despite the holiday rush and a mob of people picking up their orders, they were cheerful, welcoming, and full of energy. And the aroma? Absolute heaven. A mix of freshly baked pastries, espresso, and pure sugary bliss that instantly made me want to order everything in sight.
I started with a hot dirty chai latte, and it was perfection—just the right balance of bold espresso and warm chai spices. But the real stars? The pastries.
-Tiramisu Cake – Light, fluffy, and soaked just right, with the perfect espresso kick and creamy mascarpone layers.
-Carrot Cake – Moist, spiced to perfection, and topped with the creamiest, dreamiest frosting.
-Tres Leches – Insanely rich, milky, and melt-in-your-mouth soft. A true masterpiece.
-Salted Caramel Nutella – The ultimate indulgence. Decadent layers of chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut goodness that hit all the right notes.
-Napoleon – I’ve had Napoleons in Europe, and this one? Next level. Perfectly flaky, crispy, and filled with the most luscious cream. Absolutely mouthwatering.
Everything was so good, I went back for more just to take some home to Los Angeles. If you’re a local, you already know this place is a must. If you’re just visiting, put this bakery at the top of your list.
Hands down, one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to. Owners? Amazing. Lattes? Incredible. Pastries? Unreal. If you’re in Long Island, do yourself a favor—run, don’t walk, to Cream Espresso...
Read moreCream bakery did it again! They did our gender reveal desserts and now again for our daughter’s 1st birthday. We didn’t get a cake the first time but we showed Elisa an inspo picture with the fairy theme & what we want and she DELIVERED! Look at how cute the cake and the cakesicles were!!! Everyone LOVED how the cake looked! Not only were they cute but they were absolutely delicious!!
My only complaint was that we didn’t get enough cakesicles because there wasn’t enough for us to enjoy! Our guests left no crumbs behind. It was just that good that people went for seconds!
The cake I’m so happy we saved for ourselves and our little group! We got strawberry shortcake inside. I honestly didn’t want to cut into it because of how pretty it was! We actually ate it a few days after picking up and it held up soooo beautifully!! It was still very moist and not overly sweet (which is what we love in a cake). Practically everything on it was edible & the kids loved that they could eat the little mushrooms and the moss/grass.
Thank you for making my daughter’s day so elevated & beautiful with the dessert. You guys never fail & we’re so glad that you’ve been a part of our very...
Read moreI stumbled across Cream Bakery by accident during an online search, and wow—I’m so glad I did! I was on the hunt for a mini tres leches cake since most bakeries near me only offered large ones (which would’ve been way too much for my small gathering). Then I found Cream Bakery, and they had the perfect 6” tres leches cake!
Ordering through their website was super easy—I placed my order just two days before the event and wasn’t even sure if they’d accept it on such short notice, but they did! When I went to pick it up, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I also grabbed a dirty chai from their café while I was there—SO good, highly recommend!
Now let’s talk about the cake—it was absolutely PERFECT 👌 Moist, not overly sweet, with the perfect balance of whipped cream and cake. Everyone at the party loved it and even went back for seconds. And the best part? It was super affordable!
I’ve officially found my go-to bakery. Thank you, Cream Bakery, for making our day...
