I had the worst experience of my life at this nail salon. After spending 2.5 hour in this salon I left with just a pedicure and sore fingers. I felt unsafe, poorly treated, and disrespected by Steven! If Steven is still employed and is your nail tech, be careful of what service you ask for because you may be in danger. Experience: My intention was to have 2 services done: a powder gel manicure and regular pedicure. My REGULAR pedicure took a whole hour and for the entire pedicure, one of the nail techs was meticulously filing down my old powder gel to place foils on for removal. This should take only 5 minutes... it took an hour to put acetone and foil on my fingers. As soon as my pedicure was done, Steven pleasantly walks over to bring me to his station where I told him that my gel probably needed more time to soak because she JUST finished putting them on. He ignored me and proceeded to drill down to my nail beds causing pain and redness on multiple fingers. He then begins the powder gel process and with each coat he became more reckless and wild, causing the base and powder to apply uneven and lumpy. I thought this was his process. He then begins to drill all of the powder off because of how he applied it but does so haphazardly, hurting my fingers again and causing debris to fly into my face and my neighbors face. He says something in a language I did not understand and the other technicians turn to look at him with bewildered expressions. I asked him if he was okay since he picked up an attitude out of nowhere because I hadn't opened my mouth to complain. He says he's fine and continues to drill wildly, making a huge chunk of debris hit my eye. I ask him to stop because now I feel unsafe, and he throws his drill down and walks to the back of the salon taking all of his equipment with him. I quickly left because I had no idea what he was going to the back for or if he would come back to cause me more harm. I was terrified and the other technicians seemed just as baffled by his behavior. I hope he is no longer employed and has received help because no one should be made to...

I had a terrible experience at 163 Nail Spa. I requested a specific nail style, which Cindy claimed she could do, but the result looked nothing like what I asked for. When I voiced my concerns, she became rough and rude. The front desk told me not to come back when I said I wasn’t satisfied. I ended up with black nails and had to pay at another salon for a completely new style. The customer service was awful, and my feedback was ignored. (on top of all of this while I was getting my service another manucrists was arguing with another customer about the POOR customer service) Do NOT come her! Spend your money someplace else!
In Response to Their Comment: Your response is misleading. I had to go elsewhere due to the poor quality, and I even have pictures to prove it. I generously asked for half my money back ($40), but your reaction was unprofessional. Telling customers not to return shows a lack of respect. You need to reconsider how you treat...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible place and poor customer service! I had a very disappointing experience at 163 Nail Spa. I asked for a specific nail style, and Cindy said she could do it, but when she finished, it looked nothing like what I had shown her. Instead of addressing my concerns, she became rough with my hands and had an attitude. When I expressed that I didn’t like my nails, the lady at the front told me not to come back. I left with all-black nails and had to go to another shop to get and pay for an entire new style. The customer service is TERRIBLE, and my feedback felt ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
AND IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT BELOW: Your response only highlights how poor your service is. It’s simply not true that you were willing to fix anything; I had to go to another salon because of the lack of quality. I have pictures to show the issues! I paid $80 and only asked for half back, which was more than generous. Telling a customer not to come back is unacceptable. You need to reconsider how you treat PAYING customers, as some people won’t be as nice about...
