I walked into Flo-Fitness some 7 months ago with a shoulder injury and doing PT at the same time, and had not trained in 3 years. I could not run 200 meters without stopping, I could barely get thru the workouts. Physically and mentally I discovered I was not in the place I wanted to be. The support system and training I got from the staff at Flo-Fitness changed my whole personal structure. They trained me and modified workouts for me to build me back up. Being a member at Flo has inspired me to be consistent. The variety of classes, the trainers, the other members.. As a physical therapist, I am always looking for knowledgeable trainers that I can refer patients to when they are done with their rehab program and I feel extremely confident sending patients to Frank and his crew. Frank takes the time every workout to assess form and give verbal cues so that you are moving as optimally as possible. I am also really enjoying the programming of the workouts.
