I decided on the last day of school to surprise my daughters with new beautiful earrings from Unicorn Jewels in Lynbrook. I imagined a very normal experience. To my surprise and delight, Denise of Unicorn Jewels turned this shopping spree into a true fantastic experience. Denise had awesome ideas, suggestions and surprises for the girls. She made my decisions so much easier and I was not rushed at all. She was attentive, patient and kind. I would recommend this store to everyone. Once I made my selections, Denise went above and beyond and got all matching beautiful boxes for my three girls and she got beautiful bags to match.😀 I thought that was it but Denise gave the girls three absolutely beautiful Unicorn plushy toys in their bags. My 10 watches needed resizing and replacement batteries. I read the positive reviews, and gave them a try. Now I can see why past clients have been so pleased! Staff is genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome. Ronnie, Denise and Isaac worked together to see what each of my 10 watches needed and promised a follow-up call when they were ready. I didn’t need them in a rush but their team had them all fixed by end of business that same day...
