This place is a ripoff, ive never had a worse experience in a "store" if you can call it that. I had a problem with an a/c came by to return or echange, the owner carlos tryed to give an used unit tht look anciendt and dirty when i wouldnt go for it he started to curse at me and call me a lier and also cursing and threating to fire the employee tht help me out. In order to get some money back he send someone to my house to see if i really wasent lying about the size of the room. END OF STORY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THAT GUY CARLOS IS A CON ARTIST WHOS LOOKING FOR EASY MONEY OFF SOMEBODY WHO WOULD NOT SPEAK UP. Horribly run business. Don’t waste your time. They will “schedule” you for a certain day and time never show up then act like they never even spoke to you in the first place. Ifffff you can get them to show up the technicians are gentleman but the odds of you ever finding that out are slim to none because of the horrible communication between them and the owner. I feel bad for the people who have to work under that kind of management they shouldn’t have watered down job security due to a horrible business plan. Wish I could give this Business 0 stars. Horrible experience. The owner Carlos is by far the biggest POS I’ve met in my life. Stay away from this place if you want great customer service and want to be treated respectfully. 0 manners, 0 respect, 0 customer service from this guy. Tells you one thing at first and then tries to change the story. After you call him out on his lies he tries to get loud with you and tries to make you the bad guy!
