Changed Name from Metro Limo, but Still the Same Despicable Co.

Went on the Winery Tour for a Bachellorette last year. The driver did not keep on schedule at all. We had to pick up a guest out east and he was 40 mins late. The first winery he was late picking us up, we had to call him to get us at the second one and the third we went looking for him. Where we found him was a whole other level of wrong, but I will explain that later.

The driver (Bernardo) brought a lady friend who sat in front with him, which was strange enough, but it got even stranger towards the end.

The limo was not in the greatest of shape. Definitely outdated. Some of the buttons didn't work or work properly and any radio stations barely came in.

As I stated earlier, the driver brought a much-younger lady friend (we thought it could possibly be his daughter) with him on the ride. We all thought it was strange, but figured it wasn't a big deal if it didn't affect us. Problem is, it did. When it was time to head home, we had to go find him (he should have been watching the time himself, but ok, no big deal.) We were about to call him when we noticed there were some people in the back of the limo--getting dressed. It was him and his friend. She quickly got out on the other side and into the front seat, hair messed. We were all outraged and disgusted. Some of us left our things and a bottle of our own liquor in there! Besides the fact that such behavior in gross and uncalled for!!

When we got dropped off, he asked for a tip in addition to the payment for the tour! Then when the leader of the group reconsidered, he refused her money and got nasty with her. He THREATENED her by saying he was going to charge her credit card on file with the company.

We have let the place know and are awaiting some form of condolences, but have not heard back from the female manager since the initial complaint. We were told this man was FIRED, but I doubt it.

Though we did not have as big of problems as the other group's that wrote here, what this company allowed to happen was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. For how much money you spend, service should be held to a higher standard. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE...

I wanted to do a get together with my family the week before Mother's Day to avoid all the hustle and bustle during the busiest, and craziest day of the year. I did some research, if you know me, I am one to do research and hand in the project all in a week's time frame, so I came across wine tours on long island, never knew that was a thing. Called a few companies, the reception thinks that I am nuts organizing a party of 28 with 4 days notice. Up until I call here, and spoke to Julie, she is nice and accommodating, hauled ass to get the contracts, and detail emailed to me, and of course I did the same. The whole thing was booked and ready within 2 hours, and we had a great time, the driver took care of our every need from making 5 stops to the bathroom, to stumbling our way back to the Party Bus like a bunch of Idiots. We did get charged for going over the time, but I wouldn't count that on them since it is a business, and the price is fair for taking care of a bunch of wasted adults. Stay away from this company! Horrible experience and even worse customer service! We had booked a bus for 20 people and were told the night before that it was going to be a limo and that they're "interchangeable ". 19 people, many who are over six feet and two pregnant ladies! However this was only the first problem. The air conditioner was not working either! After leaving the first vineyard we sat in traffic for an hour in the sweltering limo when we asked how much longer, only to find out it would still be almost another hour til we got there. The driver was trying to do the right thing and offered to take us back to the first vineyard and to give us credit for lunch and the wine flights we would miss . Then we got a call from the horrible owner or employee who was cursing at us and telling us that we had to go to the next two vineyards and could not go back to the first one. Worst experience!
