Buyer BEWARE!!!!! I purchased a sofa and love seat front this company on January 5 of this year. I was told it would ship within 6-8 weeks, which was fine. They required payment in full at the time I placed the order which as a manufacturer myself, I thought was a bit unusual, but ok. The order was confirmed and with it came the photo of the set I purchased along with the wood color they'd be making it in as it differed from the photo based on what I wanted. I received an email on February 28 stating it was preparing to ship along w the photo of the finished product. By Sunday, March 13, I still hadn't received an estimated delivery date. Additionally, when I looked closer at the details of what I was supposed to be sent, I compared it to the sales order and realized it was either made wrong or they sent me photos of the wrong set. The color was supposed to be two toned according to the photos I purchased from. The wood was a basic Walnut brown and there was one detail we were removing from what I was told the frame would look like which was no gold tone. The pillows were also completely different from what I ordered, again, according to THEIR photos. I sent an email with my concerns, but the explanation was vague as to my inquiry. I requested a call, but I had to call them. Customer Service, if you want to call it that, said it was what I ordered except the pillows were discontinued so I was getting something different. I could get the same design if I wanted at no extra charge, but the colors would be different. This was all information I was provided just before it was supposed to ship. I was also lied to as to why it hadn't shipped yet. I was told it takes atleast 2 weeks for palletizing and it would ship Tuesday or Wednesday. I still received no firm ship date. The girl I spoke to originally was rude and condescending and was the 1st to give me excuses. 2 weeks for palletizing is just an insult to anyone's intelligence, but that excuse changed as well. I still did not get a response or call from anyone so I called again this morning and I was given justifications and told the lighting in the photos can make it appear different, but it was not two toned, the frame was not what I was sold, no resolution on the pillows and still they were unsure as to when it would ship. Instead of descalating my disappointment as well as adding MORE aggravation, they flat out lied instead of simply being honest. Both people I spoke to only escalated my irritation and the last guy I spoke to began yelling at me. He said he would just cancel it and I could open a dispute w my credit card company. I told him he'd better refund my money immediately. He continued screaming what seemed like at the top of his lungs so I just hung up and called back. I found out he canceled the order and my card was credited, but the horrific customer service was unbelievable! As a manufacturer myself, I understand delays due to supply chain, color changes as well as staffing shortages. What I don't understand is not communicating with a customer about unexpected delays or changes and certainly don't inform them until it's made and ready to ship. Apparently, this was not their problem and it's just the way it goes. They're far from somebody anyone purchasing furniture should purchase from. They're rude and unprofessional. Lots of companies carry beautiful furniture. Theyre super sweet and helpful when they want your money, but when it came time to deliver what i ordered, WOW!
