Dawn provided my husband and I with the upmost greatest vacation. We haven’t been on a vacation in 9 years so we needed to get away and just enjoy. While I did not want a car because I didn’t know better and thought, heck we will just stay On the resort, we just don’t need one🙃 needless to say THANK GOD I listened to Dawn’s Persistence and Perspective and got a car. We used our car EVERY day😊😎😂We’d be lost without one. Sometimes we think we know BEST, when we actually don’t. This is the Reason why we are calling 📞 a PROFESSIONAL 😃 Needless to say Dawn took charge and immediately presented to me a beautiful vacation that fit our needs and met our expectations and beyond! Anyone who loves seashells like I do… Sanibel Florida is so Amazing & we actually hand picked 48lbs of seashells on beaches just covered with beautiful seashells and had them shipped home to us the same day that we were leaving. Dawn’s checking in with me before, during and after our vacation in WHY we should choose A PERSONAL TRAVEL AGENT as opposed to just to a typical travel agency ( which I can now say I have experienced the both) …. Dawn follows up and cares! I have been using Dawn for years, and every trip has always been wonderful. We had a trip planned during this pandemic to go to Sandals Barbados. Our flights were changed or cancelled SEVERAL times, which meant our dates had to keep changing as well. Although our resort gave us a hard time with the changes Bc we had a Black Friday price, Dawn was able to make it work. After all was settled we were to arrive in Barbados 11/24/20. I’m order to enter Barbados you need to have a negative PCR Covid test. We had our results with us but didn’t realize it stater that we had a saliva test, when in fact we had a nasal test. I called the lab while still being held in airport, they were gonna fix and email to me ASAP. While at airport we had to take another covid test. When I got the results I showed them to the official and thought all was great, until we were out in a quarantine room at our resort (not the room we paid for) Dawn came to our rescue!! We sent her a copy of our negative covid test, she contacted the Barbados ministry, as well as our hotel manager. Dawn managed to rectify the situation in a matter of 90 minutes and we were let out of quarantine. I don’t know what we’d have done without her. Dawn Stark is an absolute amazing travel agent! From step A to Z she is always available for questions and concerns. Dawn will plan the perfect trip down to the T (setting up dinner reservations , activities etc) not interested in that? Well guess what??? She will do as much or as little as you want her to do!! Traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic has been a nightmare! You can imagine the panic of a couple who had to change their wedding plans. Yes me!! Dawn was all over everything. She made sure all travel changes were made and has been very efficient in getting things rebooked and back on track!

Dawn is willing to go the extra mile. As spoken about prior my wedding and honeymoon were supposed to be 8.2.2020. When it was clear I was getting married but not going on my honeymoon a new issue arose....what happens to my flight ticket etc if I change my name legally prior to the trip? Dawn did nit give me a phone number, link, email address or some 3rd party to contact. She went out of her way to get all information for us!!
