Delicious bakery and a great addition to the neighborhood. I love bakeries. I had to see what they had to offer! A little about their business: they started in Australia and are a family-owned business. They promote healthy options and what they don’t sell actually goes to charities! Everything seems appropriately priced for the market and the sweetness and freshness seems to be their main focus. They have samples for you to try before you purchase and lots of delicious option! Small store but nice variety. The breads are super fresh. I got some danishs. The raspberry danish had fresh tart raspberries on top of their custard. The custard was delightful. Not too sweet. Really well balanced. The bread was delicious, didn't even need to be warmed. The texture was perfection. I also got the long turkish bread that had Italian herbs. Definitely getting that again. The Italian bread was very good. It was a huge loaf and over $5 I believe. I would honestly prefer a smaller option for less money. The raspberry danish was delicious but needed more filling. The raspberry jam not that had a nice tartness but that may not be to everyone's liking but I did enjoy it, just could have used more. The feta and spinach croissant was good but not sure if I would get it again. Service was fast and friendly, it was not super busy when I stopped in.
