Nice local strip mall with decent but active parking lot.

Lots of red light cameras along the way though.

It is near an empanada shop that is the best. It's near Oceanside healthcare. Conveniently located and it has frozen yogurt shop TJ Maxx . 😋 pizzeria which I will give you my review at another time. The empanadas across the street are the best. Chipotle right there. Yummy. Clean all the stores seem very clean. Super convenient to the area this small plaza has all the essentials that includes banking, eateries (pizza, smoothies, salad bar), shopping for clothes, intimates, sneakers and sportswear including some classics like Gap, Loft, Victoria Secret and Bath and Body Works .
