It's a nice place to shop. The staff are kind. DT is a hit or miss type of store. So, if you found something you liked there before, you may not find it there again right away or not at all. You have to keep checking from time to time to see if they started carrying the item(s) again. That goes for all of the DollarTree stores. This location seems to have some confusion by the customers, when it comes to the lines for the cashier. Some people seem to think that there's always only 1 line for 2-3 open cash registers. Which causes the line to go through an isle towards the back of the store. I guess the Cashiers get tired of telling their customers that there are individual lines for each register. If that's the case, they should make announcements and/or put a few signs up near the registers and/or throughout the building to inform their customers. They also should keep in mind that a new group of customers are at the registers. So, they may not have heard the announce made by mouth. Once, I asked a cashier that was ringing up my items, if there was suppose to be only 1 line. He said "No." and so myself & my fiancé told the customers behind us, but they looked at us like deers in headlights and didn't move. That's when the Cashier spoke up and told everyone that there wasn't just 1 line. Then, the customers went to the other registers. The store emptied out in a matter of minutes. What a waste of people's time. I really hope the Store Manger or someone from DollarTree reads this so this inconvenience could be resolved. Often, I'd just brows then leave empty handed. I don't purchase anything because I dread standing on the long line because I have a physical disability (part of my disability prevents me from standing for long periods of time) or I'd turn around and go right back out the door...
Read moreThis store has declined over the last few years. First, they opened self checkout lanes and fired most staff. The registers are often closed, yet associates hang around doing nothing and talking about personal things. If you want to return or exchange an item, you need a find an associate to help you. One associate shows up to work with a scarf on her head almost every time she is there. She is rude and doesnt want to work. She gets an attitude when you ask for help. The manager (if thats what you call him) is no better as he allows this behavior. How do you raise prices, provider poor service and make people serve as theor own cashier. Oh and they are always out of stock of most items. I will no longer shop here. They need to...
Read moreI needed help with taking off an item because it double scanned twice. Before coming into dollar tree I stopped previously at the grocery store to pick up some groceries. The rude girl looked at my daughter and her bags looked at the screen and said that’s everything on this screen. I looked at her and said I just came from the grocery store and before I can take out my receipt to show her she said rudely “I was just asking a question”. I turned to her to ask if I could speak to her supervisor and she walked off.
This is NOT the first time I’ve seen this girl do this to customers.
Disgusting and unacceptable behavior!!!! I will be reaching out to a manager or supervisor to let them know of...
