I am lucky I made to my 30th birthday... I went To her last year and this year & I cancelled all future appointments and tests. She is the most rude, uneducated, and condescending doctor. She think she knows everything including other professions and has no problem interrupting you to tell you you’re wrong. This practice missed a very serious diagnosis and I almost died. I was rushed into an emergency head and neck surgery in September because of it. They also missed a brain aneurysm in my scan! Because of my conditions I was sent back to receive Botox treatments by her which went wrong. Instead of her addressing it she tried blaming everything under the sun Except herself. She then proceeded to say my surgery was pointless and it was impossible for the condition - basically saying my neurosurgeon had no idea what he was talking about though he save my life. I have near terminal conditions and this Bi**h said I tilt my head too much this is why I’m like this... I have neurological and physical damage! Staff lacks empathy. They are rude and uncaring. I havent seen the doctor after waiting a week. Staff called to change my appointment time to an earlier time. I told office that i would try to make it earlier. When i couldnt make it for that earlier appointment they said they had to reschedule my appointment. I was on the verge of tears explaining to the office that i was unable to walk and i have been waiting to see the doctor. The lady i spoke with said she doesnt make the rules and basically repeated what she told me before. Basically if i couldnt make it for the earlier time they changed my appointment to she would have to reschedule. Now because of my condition i can barely walk and i cannot move very fast. I tried my best to put myself together to get to this appointment but couldn't. I cancelled my appointment as tgey refused to see me if i got there 'late.' If i had such a poor experience with the office to begin with i dont think i should continue to seek their services. Gave me an EMG/NCV. my husband was in the room. She didn't introduce herself to me or my husband. After two minutes of setting up, she abruptly turns around and says in a rude, condescending tone of voice: "and YOU ARE???!" my husband replies: her husband. She turns around and says nothing. She made it clear that she didnt like my husband because he is black, continuing to make faces and sigh.
