The products are amazing really helps with acne and dark spots. However the people that work there need to be removed. There’s an older Jamaican lady she’s wonderful if anyone ever goes there I would really recommend you to ask for her. She knows her stuff,speaks to you respectfully, and really knows how to make you feel comfortable.

Update 12/28/21: Unfortunately the store hasn’t been open ever since the lock down. But thankfully i am able to purchase online. I’ve been using this product for approx. 3-4 years and have ALWAYS had amazing results. Recently, there’s been a change to the vitamin e cream. I applied this product, regularly after i washed my face with a gentle cleanser and my face was stinging. I purchased 2 jars and both had the same effect. A displeased customer: Good product but poor customer service. I place an order on 29 December 2016, which was paid to be delivered to my address in Hamilton, Canada. When I realized that items were not dispatched for delivery and I was leaving Canada soon, I decided to inform them about it and requested to change my delivery address to the US. On 06 January 2017, I called to inform them of my decision to change the delivery to my US address. This was followed up with several emails, but up till now, the items are not dispatched for delivery. Customer service is a big ZERO. Don’t waste your time and money on a skin care company that have no interest in their clients well being and feedback . My daughter and I are developing some serious skin issues after using their products, I called several times, talked to a lady, she took my email address and phone number and told me that I would get a call within 2hours so far it’s been 2 weeks no call, no email.
