Bagel Doctor West — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I want everyone who comes and visits to know how great this place is. Busy hours are around 8:30-11 on a regular basis. Fresh bagels come out starting at 9 and he takes a break around 10:30 and makes some more until 11 depending how busy it is there. The ladies in the front work long shifts and most prefer you to give them the full order so when they are done with everything your other food doesn’t get cold. Coffee here is great, bagels are always coming in and out fresh and everyone who has been coming here for a while knows it’s a great place to enjoy your food and meet new people. Some ppl in line can never give a correct order but 95% of the time the staff gets it right. Give the new people a break and be polite. Hope this helped for anyone interested in what the store...

Waited on a long line out the door with a buddy that needed to wake up. We had the ice cold coffee and an everything bagel with lox spread. The coffee was great and the bagel was missed being toasted which would of made the fresh made bagel extra crunchy with the bites of salmon in the lox. We decided to eat in and enjoy our breakfast meal. Only taking away one point for the dining tables that were filthy and could of used a table cloth to wipe off the crumbs from some else's meal on the table. Wish I can give this place 0 stars. The line is always out the door, employees look miserable and never get the order correct. The parking lot is a mess with dangerous pot holes they refuse to fix. People that work there always get the order incorrect no matter how many times you tell them. Not to mention the attitudes on them is just terrible. If you ask for one too many things it’s literally the end of their worlds. Skip this place it’s not...
