Read moreThis bagel shop is new and amazing. Thank you for being so close to us! The gentlmen that runs the shop is really sweet and friendly, and I love his character. I just had to call and see if they delivered (Soon, they will be delivering guys). My husband went and got me breakfast since I just had back surgery and for the life of me I couldn't think of any place near by to get good breakfast at a decent price and he found this spot! He knows how picky I am about food as I am a foodie and usually cook for myself. I had a bagel with eggs, turkey and cheese and so did he. We tried there toasted almond Italian coffee (You can currently get to taste this free after a $5 purchase as per my hubby. I quote "currently."). The bagel was so fresh and soft as well as the eggs cheese and turkey in it. The toasted almond Italian coffee. OMG! I needed a bigger cup, so I will be getting one. I would drink this over starbucks anytime, SO worth it. The best part is that you don't even need sugar. Everything was so tasteful, and I will be getting food here again. I appreciate good food and good people. That sure was a good pick me up, and yup my photo I had already bit into my bagle and my husband swallowed his in 2 seconds, haha! Thank you, I would give you 10 stars...
Read moreI have been going to this place for 1 year with no issue until today. The bagels are pretty good and usually very fresh and soft. Today I picked up my usual Sunday dozen and they were stale, hard, and over done. So I go back to the store very calmly to ask them to give me new bagels not even a refund bc I genuinely like their bagels. The tall slim gentlemen with light eyes was so rude. He went through each bagel to comment on if HE felt they were good. (Why was that necessary?) So he proceeded to get frustrated and add volume in his voice after checking each bagel. Ultimately after trying to go back and forth with me on what bagels he thought were good, He suggested he gives us a refund because he didn’t want to give us new bagels. He also threw one on the floor like a child. All of that attitude was not needed because I wasn’t even upset. He could have simply gave us new fresh bagels and apologized for the inconvenience. ITS CALLED SERVICE RECOVERY. Rather then take an in person review and IMPROVE your product. You wanna be rude and nasty to a repeat customer who also places orders for the hospital. Not coming back any more, I’m so...
