This was my sole experience with this florist, and it was a complete letdown. I called to place an order for delivery, requesting a fancy, full, and beautiful arrangement of 1dz pink roses. Since the recipient adores pink and white, I kindly asked for the addition of white flowers, with no restrictions on the overall cost. I gave them complete freedom to choose any flowers or decorations necessary to create an exceptional arrangement.
When the recipient sent me a picture of the delivery, I was embarrassed and disappointed. The arrangement consisted of only 12 pink roses, accompanied by a single sprig of white baby breath. The vase was predominantly filled with greenery, and each rose was already fully bloomed.
I expressed my dismay over the arrangement, and the woman I spoke to responded with arrogance. She claimed to have witnessed the delivery and asserted that the arrangement looked beautiful. Even after I stated all the reasons that it was a horrible arrangement, her only response was that that’s how we do all of our arrangements here.
She even suggested that the roses bloomed during delivery and after I pointed out that the delivery was only a block from your shop , she changed her explanation to that’s how roses are supposed to look. She offered me a full refund but only if I brought the flowers back and she couldn’t replace them because she only ordered enough roses for my order and a wedding. Wow!!! How many things are wrong with this response… you are a florist you don’t have roses for replacement and how am I supposed to go back and tell the recipient I am taking back your gift and you are not getting one back. Despite their low rating, I had given them a chance because I don’t always trust reviews.
So now after you read this review, you could decide for yourself. If you don’t like the recipient you sending an arrangement to, and if you don’t mind fully opened flowers…then by all means go here because you will get exactly what you want at this florist. By the words of the woman I spoke with “this is how we do our arrangements”

   Read moreI placed an order for my mother in law the week leading up to Mother’s Day. I asked for a mix of flowers with the colors of white, pink, and yellow. I also stated that roses were okay. The associate said I could pick up any time between 10 and 2. I arrived around 10:30 and a sales associate said that his floral shipment just came in and needed more time. He asked me to come back at 1 and I said I would at 1:30 to give extra time. I can’t imagine the difficulties providing floral arrangements during COVID-19, so I tried to be understanding. I arrived at 1:40 and another associate said she needed 5-10 minutes. The bouquet was not handed to me until 2. It consisted of 11 different colored roses. I explained that this was not what I ordered but she said the slip said roses and if I wanted a different bouquet, I would have to come back. I could not come back a third time so I just left. Additionally, another customer in line shared with me a similar experience regarding long wait times but received chocolate to compensate, which I did not. When I came home, I realized only a few roses looked fresh and one was even broken. I paid $50 for this bouquet and it was not worth it. The florist was also unprofessional with the quality and timeliness of his service. Mother’s day is an exceptionally busy holiday, but this service was very disappointing and I will not return.
I called to express my dissatisfaction with one of the owners. He did not seem apologetic or care about my experience but ended up refunding me $25.
UPDAT 5/16/20 I just called and spoke with John, one of the owners, because my card was charged for an additional $25 and then refunded. So none of the total amount paid ($50) was ever returned. John’s response was “I changed my mind.” When I then expressed how this was a verbal agreement and he did not call me back to inform me that he will not be refunding me, he said “OK,” and “I never promised you a refund.” This is not the case. Husband ordered flowers and the delivery person was ruder than ever - didn’t bother to even find out who the recipient was - just handed them to a stranger who was in the office! When I finally received them they looked like they had been sitting around for days!! I looked at the handwritten note which was barely legible! Looked like a 3rd grader had scribbled something down! When we attempted to dispute the charge, she went on to disparage me on Facebook on my professional page!!! Very nasty and vindictive ppl! Do not give them any business!

They basically will disclose your personal information and invade your privacy!!They will attack you personally to avoid responsibility for lack of customer service and an inferior product! How can a florist be so nasty and vindictive when they are supposed to make people feel good- this is a prime example of the disgusting business practices they display, I think I will report them to the better business bureau for their unethical practices
