H.L. Gross Jewlers is a wonderful establishment, it’s certainly the store for all of your Jewelry needs. The experience I’ve had in this store is second to none and a big part of that is due to Marcie. Marcie G. is absolutely amazing! She is the very best and certainly my go-to in that store for any watches, jewelry or even services and repairs. Marcie is so very knowledgeable of all the products within the store and her professionalism, patience and kindness is truly unmatched. The level of care and dedication she has for her customers/clients simply put is incredible! I was so fortunate to purchase two beautiful new watches from her and I will certainly be looking to purchase many more items from Marcie at this amazing store. I was also fortunate to purchase a beautiful pre-owned watch from HL Gross that was one of my dream watches. HL Gross is the best Authorized Rolex Dealer around, their selection of pre-owned pieces is one of the greatest I have ever seen. I also want to take this opportunity to say that Jeff at HL Gross is also wonderful, he was able to help me when Marcie was on vacation and he was a delight to deal with as well. They were both able to answer all of the questions I had and put me at ease with my purchases. I’m still in disbelief and amazed at the level of customer service and capability offered at H.L. Gross! When I, unknowingly, visited the boutique minutes before closing, I wasn’t turned away, instead was welcomed with smiles and greetings. I was introduced to Krysi who is till this day the best and warmest sales associate I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I was looking to purchase a specific matching set of sought-after Rolexes for my parents for a momentous occasion. Krysi immediately understood how much the gift will mean to them and she happily informed me that she can order the matching set to the exact specifications that I wanted. Without skipping a beat, I put in the order. I knew that Rolexes were in high demand and I expected a minimum wait time of 3 to 6 months. So when I heard from Krysi in less than a month that one of the two timepieces arrived, I was shocked! She proceeded to share more good news that the other piece was arriving in a month or less! Well, I picked up the set a week later! Unbelievable! Krysi cared to make it happen knowing how important this gift was to both me and my parents. She worked persistently with her boss, Brad who is also a true professional, to secure the timepieces for me as soon as possible.
