Madison Taylor Salon — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I’ve been coming to Madison Taylor for over 20 years. I got my first ever set of highlights done here, many haircuts, updos and makeup for events. I’ve always had a good experience every time I go. The staff is so friendly and always knows exactly what I want. I moved to the city a few years ago and in the beginning I tried other hair salons that were close to me for convenience and every time I left those salons I was disappointed. I really tried to find a salon in my area to make it work but quickly realized I will never find a place that does my hair the way I like it like Madison Taylor does. I will never go to another salon to get my hair done I don’t care if I have to take the train to get here or sit in traffic, it’s worth it! I’m always getting compliments on my hair and I tell everyone about Madison Taylor and to go there they will not be disappointed!

I have had multiple great experiences at the salon. Not only is the staff so kind and caters to every need of every client, but the services they provide are amazing and my hair comes out perfect every time. With this pandemic going on it has been very difficult for me with having family members who are at serious risk and the salon has been great with COVID precautions and keeping everybody safe, distanced, and numbers limited in the salon at a time. With partitions between each chair, temperature checks when each customer enters the salon, and a limited amount of customers in the salon at a time I feel safe and comfortable to get my hair done and keep my family safe. This salon is a true representation of how a business should be ran especially during tough times like these! I seriously recommend to anyone...

One word: AMAZING! This is the BEST salon around- hands down! I have tried EVERY top salon trying to find the perfect buttery blonde shade I always craved. No one seemed to be able to come close to giving me what I wanted. In addition to the talent of the colorists, the creations that the girls do on up-do's are phenomenol. I was so impressed (the day I went for color and trim there was a wedding party having their hair and make-up done). You will be treated like a princess in this friendly atmosphere and walk out looking like a new, polished, beautiful person! I cannot say enough positive things about this particular place.
