Will never go back to this place again.

The first shock was finding out they raised their prices quite a bit compared to the online menu——but they never updated the online menu. The total she gave me was almost $10 higher than the online prices. That’s a lot!

The second shock and real disappointment was when my husband returned home with our dinner. There was cheese on what was supposed to be a plain burger with “very light onions.” The burger was absolutely smothered in onions. I had gone over the order with the girl on the phone 3 times to make sure she had it right. She had it right. So why was there 1/2 an onion on there? And why was there cheese on there? I can take off the onions but I cannot eat cheese! I really cannot eat it. The cheese was melted in and couldn’t be taken off. Was so hungry. That’s why it was so disappointing. And for the price it should have been right.

Called up to let them know our dissatisfaction. They offered to take the mistake off our credit card so we said ok. Then they called us back and said they couldn’t do it. They offered to deliver a new burger. Come on. Who wants a cold burger delivered a half our after your husband has already eaten? To keep a customer they should have comped the entire thing. It didn’t even occur to them. Apparently they don’t want new customers.

Will NEVER EVER go back and certainly would not recommend this place. For the ridiculous prices they charge the food ought to come on a silver platter! At the very least it ought to be correct. Especially when the order was confirmed...

I did an online order so that way it would be ready by the time I took my lunch break. I ordered a turkey burger on a gluten free bun with jalapenos and french fries. I received an email that said my order would be ready by 1:12pm, so I made sure that I was there on time. I tell the girl behind the counter that I placed the online order and she looked at the tickets and said "Okay, it will be ready in a few minutes". I hate when restaurants don't live up to what they are saying, don't tell me 1:12pm if it is a busy day and it won't be ready by then. But that wasn't even the problem, so I'm standing there for about 10 to 15 minutes while other people get their food. Turns out that the cook put the wrong ticket on my bag and they left it just sitting on the counter. When they finally gave me the bag, the bun was soggy and falling apart, the turkey burger was horrible and the jalapenos were not even spicy. For the price they charge and the lack of service, I will NEVER go back there and I will make sure I tell everyone I know...

I was extremely disappointed when I requested a burger for my teenage Daughter and asked that it be made medium well and no pink coloring. The waitress emphatically said there isn't pink coloring in burgers cooked medium well. When she put in my order to the cook I heard her say no pink but then she spoke to the cooks again (which I could not hear) and then they all laughed. When I got home and my Daughter cut into her burger (she does not eat a bun with her burger), the inside was raw. I went back to the restaurant (which was a 15 -20 minute drive) and requested my money back The owner did offer to give me another burger but the principle of it is I specifically requested no pink coloring and received a raw burger. I think the owner needs to carefully screen who is hired to take orders and communicate with the customers (basically be careful who is representing your business) .
