For once! A pleasurable, no nonsense, no baloney sales pressure from a car dealership. My salesman, Aziz, was not only a true young gentleman, but also completely knowledgeable about the vehicle we spoke about and along with his General Manager and Finance manager, I was at ease. The appearance of the dealership is welcoming, Aziz showed how honesty actually attracts customers. There was no back and forth. He understood what I wanted and together they made it happen. The communication was outstanding, and in a few days, I picked up a 2025 XSE AWD Camry with all the bells and whistles. Although I was completely satisfied with the deal, I did journey over to a few other Toyota Dealers just to be honest with myself that I did my due diligence. I came back to Aziz and Massapequa, and not just for the great deal, but for the pleasant experience. So a warm thank you to all at the Massapequa dealership. SECOND review in 3 months. Better than ever. Aziz, my first salesman has stepped up to management, which he deserves, and while handing me off to Chris Castillo, still maintained complete involvement. First purchase here was a 2025 Toyota Camry XSE (extra sexy edition) I call it, and I'm back with a lease return on a 2021 Tacoma and lease out a 2025 Tacoma. It's difficult to comment on improvement when you are at a place that maintains such high standards already. Aziz and Chris made the impossible very possible for this new SR5 Tacoma. Not just the pricing, it goes without saying that if you are only interested in comparing prices, this dealership will still win. It was about customer service, and the friendly welcoming atmosphere of the entire floor. I didn't put a deposit on a vehicle I was working with Aziz and Chris on, and unfortunately, it was sold, but...they found another for me, a higher priced Tacoma, and kept the numbers the same. If anyone reading this thinks perhaps, they are shifty people and I'm just another innocent victim, you'd be very wrong. I was in this business, I know what sounds right and wrong, and they are most definitely not shifty nor are they dishonest. I look for consistency throughout the process of leasing and buying, and they are true to form. So, instead of rambling on about how well both my experiences went with this location, I'll say simply, good luck trying out other stores, I did, and I spotted the salesman and finance manager gibberish immediately. What can I say? This is where you will feel safe and in great hands.    Read moreAs an Active Duty service member, I have an out of state inspection to match my out of state tags. I went in to have NY inspection completed to start the process. When I received my car back, my VA inspection was no longer in the windshield only the newly added NY sticker was there. I spoke to the assistant service manager Marcia Gibbs, asking for my sticker back as my car is still registered in VA. She stepped away and came back to tell me that the sticker was gone and they did not have it. I asked if I was able to speak to the technician who work on my car, and was denied. I expressed my confusion as to why it would be taken out when I do not have NY tags. Marcia told me that it was illegal to have to stickers and that I should reach out to whoever inspected it in VA and have them email it to me. She also stated that even if they found the sticker they would not be able to give it to me for legal reasons. At that point, I was aware she was lying. I have never had an issue in the past switching my tags nor have I ever had a technician take my old inspection out without permission or verification. This combative attitude was also extremely apparent when I grabbed her business card. She immediately said we canât help you. I even tried to change my plans to get the NY tags that day. It did not work out. I do not understand why I was lied to by Marcia or why she was not willing to help to correct the error that was made on their part. I am on leave for family related events and was going to have young children in my car but I am not doing that with this illegal ass car that Toyota of Massapequa gave back to me. Unfortunately, I do not have a copy. Never received it from the dealership in VA, by the way they told me they would not be able to send me an email copy. I had to reach out myself because Marcia was not even willing to do that same task. I am very upset and called a few times expressing this. The icing on the cake is the nerve to send me a text in the morning asking if I was satisfied with the services.    Read moreI was looking for a used low mileage 2023 or 2024 Rav4 prime, and happened to find one at Toyota of Massapequa. I felt a little bit like it was finding a needle in a haystack because it's a newer car and to find one an hour and a half from me seemed really lucky. I was unable to get to the dealership for a week due to scheduling and I was really worried the car would sell during this time. But they were great. They sent me videos of the car that night and was willing to take a refundable $500 deposit done fully remotely. They also sent me a bill of sale showing the out the door price, including an approximate value of my trade in.
A week later I finally had time to get to the dealership, but it was a bit of a time crunch due to needing to be back home to get my kids from their childcare, so I had to leave no later than 3-3:30. From the moment I got there, KG and the rest of the team were great- they were very accommodating and friendly and while I was definitely pushing them to rush a bit, they were very understanding and remained very friendly. I was able to test drive the car and look it over really quickly, and then worked on the deal. All values matched what the bill of sale originally was. I asked them to give me a little more for my trade in and while I didn't get quite what I wanted (do we ever?), they were able to go up a bit. Same with going down for the service contract and paint protection. Part of the deal was getting free all weather mats (which comes with the car when new so I was surprised it wasn't in there) and touchup paint. And while they were originally going to mail me them, KG scoured the parts department and were able to find me some, which was very much appreciated. All in all, I was out the door going home by 3:15, perfect timing. The only minor points is that they didn't give me a full tank of gas and didn't remember to give me a copy of the bill of sale, both of which was likely due to me being in a rush and not a huge deal.
