Subway — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Had a mobile order I went to pick up and when I arrive the employee tells me that someone already picked up that order. I show him that I haven’t picked it up on my phone with my confirmation number and ask if he can remake my sandwiches or refund me and says no despite him not confirming the person picking up the order. Gets his manager involved and he reprints the receipt and says that the order was already picked up and tries to tell me I need I just take two other sandwiches that haven’t been picked up. Extremely rude worker Placed order for pickup Added doubles chicken to the order Picked up the order and went home the sandwich was just bread and sauce with some veggies 0 chicken. Highly disappointed with this Subway location. Ordered two foot-long sandwiches and received barely any meat—literally one sliver on a full-size sandwich. They tried to cover it up with toppings and sauce, resulting in a soggy mess that fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The bread was soggy, and the overall quality was terrible. Tried calling multiple times but no one answered the phone. Wasted my money and time on terrible food and service. I won't be coming back and do not recommend ordering food from...
