The new staff at this location is absolutely horrific. The rudest nastiest people.. and the best part is that not a single person there can make your drink properly. A majority of the staff has changed, and not for the better. I used to go every single morning because it was a drive through on my way to work and the staff was nice and made the drinks well... at first. But last time I placed a drive through order thru the app, the barista got pissed because apparently it wasn't long enough since I placed it... yet the store was completely empty inside and I was also the only one at the drive though. My app doesn't always give me a time frame for pickup, not sure why but, a majority of the time it doesn't. So I wouldn't have been given a pickup time that I could see and go by. But either way, that doesn't excuse your worker from proceeding to get angry and going off on me, then refusing to give me my $25 order when I explained that I don't see a pickup time on this order and I don't see what she's talking about (it had also been at least 3-4 mins since I placed it so it wasn't like it was 30 seconds). But refused when I said then refund me. She proceeded to argue with me for several minutes at the speaker about how she couldn't refund me because it was thru the app (which isn't true. Another store refunded me a yogurt I ordered thru the app after I got there and they of course were out of stock and had none) going to give me my food or provide the service I paid for. Literally could've made the ONE basic drink I ordered in not even a third of the time she spent going off. Sorry, but no. It's not my fault or my problem your app glitches and doesn't give me any info. It's also not my fault your staff is lazy and nasty. I'm sorry they would rather sit on their phones or stand behind the counter talking to each other with an EMPTY store than actually do the job you pay them to do. First off the ambiance, "MUSIC" in here is beyond loud playing club music đ” đ€Ź?? (I shot a small video with the music going and me talking, if your phone has strong wifi connection you can hear the video better) You literally cannot have a calm relaxing conversation with another person, that's ridiculous. The ceiling is over 12 feet high which doesn't help absorb loud sounds either.
If you're reading this for the first time, we can probably say that the music wasn't that loud when you visited this Starbucks location, I am happy for youđ„±đĄđ€Ź Doesn't mean I will come back here again anyway....LOLđïžđbyeee
There are minimal amounts of soft cushion seats. 3 wooden tables and chairs with one very large round wooden table.. Parking is confusing from sunrise hwy as you approach the establishment..enter at the sign DRIVE THRU for the rear parking lot. I made the mistake and drove past the sign DRIVE THRU because I thought there was a separate entrance for just parking, I was wrong so I drove through the do not enter signs. I wasn't driving around sunrise hwy again to figure out where to go.
Even though I gave this place just 3 stars, it actually has the potential of being cosier. Drop some of the JUST KIDS working there and have an adult manager working on hand. Perhaps more soft cushion chairs in booths with some low light lamps to give it that dim bar atmosphere ?, I know that is reaching for Starbucks.
I think I will stick with the occasional Starbucks coffee, just not at this...
   Read moreToo many younger kids working who are too busy looking at their phones. I was very tempted to take my camera out and film the people reading their phone and how long they were on it for. My order was taken at the drive up and when I got to the window I waited literally 6 minutes before anybody came to have me pay. Then the girl looked at the screen and noticed that she never hit send so my daughter never went through. Then a guy came to my window and asked questions about my order which she should have typed in. All I wanted was the non-dairy with on top of my lavender matcha iced drink. But there was no clarity on the order as it obviously was imported in without any special instructions or it was confusing to the person making it. This is the first time I went through the drive-thru off of sunrise and I was not impressed at all. I also had asked if the drink was sweet and all in the girl said yes it was however when I began drinking it I thought I wish I had some sweeteners or sugar packets to add in it because it needed that extra sweet as it was bitter. Someone should really be watching this place because if this kept happening I would definitely never come back and go the extra mile to another...
