Fun Stuff Toys — Local services in Town of Hempstead

Fun stuff toys is our go to toy store. Our physical go to toy store I should say. There aren't many toy stores around anymore… I remember growing up we had Toys "R" Us we had KB toys. We had a bunch of different toy options but then again, that was before Amazon… It's nice to bring my son to an actual physical toy store and see him experience the way I used to at Toys "R" Us even my two older kids had Toys "R" Us but now Everybody orders everything off of Amazon or online… But if you want to bring your child to an actual physical toy store, just like what we used to have growing up this would be the place to go! Sure it is a quite a bit smaller than the toy stores we used to have, but again at least there is one physical place you can bring them to strictly designated to toys. The prices obviously are a little bit higher than what you would pay on Amazon for a specific toy, I know because I've done it while in the store and saw a significant difference in pricing… But I feel like you're paying for the experience also, if that even makes sense. It's nice to be able to bring your child and see him or her. Enjoy the toys before you actually purchase them. I would highly recommend fun stuff toys not because of the pricing, because it's significantly higher, but just to watch your children enjoy their shopping experience in an actual toy store. They have a great selection, the store itself is always very clean, and we can spend an hour or two just walking around the store even though it's smaller because of the experience, they will receive while shopping. I love seeing that continuous smile on his face, moving from toy to toy and actually trying them out before the actual purchase. To me, the smile, and the laughter of my child is worth every...

LOVE THIS STORE!!! There is a huge amount of Schleich, and models I don't really come across! Normal prices for the models. People were great! As you can tell from these photos, VERY WELL ORGANIZED! Usually the Schleich shelves in other stores like Tractor Supply are messy, but here, they are neat! Also, this store has a much wider variety than Tractor Supply. (Tractor supply is a farm store which sells farm stuff and Schleich and Breyer.) bought 6 horse models, all retired/soon to be retired. I also got a free 2024 catalog! And they gave me a free Schleich tote! If you are a Schleich collector, I HIGHLY recommend going here!!! 🐎🐎❤️❤️

The best toy store on Long Island!! I moved to Suffolk county but still drive 45 mins each way to come here whenever I need gifts for the kiddos in my life. The owner and staff are all extremely passionate and knowledgeable about everything you'll find in the store, they help you with recommendations as well. The customer service all the way through to check out is phenomenal, they will professionally wrap your purchases on the spot, provide tissue paper and a bag and also have birthday cards by the checkout. Makes it so easy to get everything done in one quick shopping visit and there are endless toys for any kid, can't go wrong with this shop. Cherry on top is that the prices are extremely reasonable.
