Roti skin made nicely and my roti was prepared and wrapped up nicely. However, the taste of the curry chicken was very disappointing. I got big chunks of chicken which barely seemed curried at all. As I dug into the meat, it was white and in some parts slightly pink. Same with the potatoes, no taste. This could not have been stewed down in gravy and curried the right way. Seems more like the chicken was baked because the meat was just so dry. I even had to add Goya packet seasoning because there was no taste, just a lot of pepper and that's all. The chickpeas, however, was on point. Where is the curry though???

Lowering my rating from 3 stars to 2. Tried this place a second time through Grubhub and once again, a disappointment. This time I spent more money and ordered the boneless chicken roti. It was so dry and there was no gravy in it, and I found some pieces of chicken that look like chicken gizzards??? A friend of mine told me about this truck. I drove 6.5 miles to it and I have no regrets. I wasn't sure what to get. So, I ordered the shark and bake and the corn soup. Both were delicious! If I knew the corn soup would be so delicious I would have ordered a large or extra large if they have that size. I will order more of their delectable shark and bake to take to work for breakfast. I want to compliment the cook! I plan on returning and making this my regular food truck. Guys, you must try...

Since i was in the area i decided to finally stop by. i got a curry chicken platter and doubles.
