Okay, I liked it here enough to go again but there were two big problems.
The good: I had fun with my friends, and I enjoy escape rooms in general. And they were accommodating despite us being late (explained later).
The bad: We made a reservation and were running late so we tried calling, emailing, and messaging on Facebook. We knew we were running late an hour and a half before our reservation time. I called like twenty times, I sent multiple emails, etc. No response. When we got there, we found out that all of those messages and calls go to the owner... who is out of the country. So, don't bother calling. Secondly, they had stickers inside the escape room on the walls and told us that those stickers meant "do not touch"... only to find out that we actually had to not only touch that wall but PUSH IT. We were avoiding touching it and had to be prompted by a clue because we respected the 'no touch' which is crazy. They explained people would pull/peel that part of the wall which sucks but also, we had to pay the price for other people...

I appreciated the descriptions of the adventures on the website as well. Pre-experience video was also helpful to understanding what isn't involved. We had a slow start because we had no idea what to do, but gained momentum and enjoyed it. The room music was a bit annoying but ignorable after a while. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Since no one was scheduled after us they let us stay and solve the puzzle...we were close to being done. I think we would do better the next time around. Good family activity with older...

We did an escape room in Arizona, and I felt this one was a much better experience with the number of items we had to solve in order to escape. Some make you really have to think, but with some reasoning out of the clues, it's do-able.
We had 6 people in our group. I think more people would have been a bit hectic. We found we worked best when we all focused on a task, but there were some tasks that we split up.
I definitely recommend this place, all 6 of us agreed it was a fun experience and we will be back to try the...
