Juicy Seafood — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

I ordered my food on GrubHub at around 5pm, to be picked up at 6:45pm. The confirmation email told me it would be ready between 6:45 and 6:55. So, we got there at 6:55. We told them as soon as we got there that we had a GrubHub order for pickup and they said it would be a few minutes. We didn't get our food until 7:35. We watched people come in and order their food on the spot with a "15 minute wait" and ACTUALLY get their food before us. There's no excuse for this. When my boyfriend asked him why it was taking so long, he gave us some kind of drawn out explanation of "well we make our food fresh." This is not at the fault of GrubHub either, it was entirely the restaurant. When we first came in, we should've become a higher priority. When they realized we were waiting for 15 minutes, we should've become the top priority. But we were never a priority at all. Me and my boyfriend work at a food place with GrubHub, and our food is constantly handed out in order of how long the people have been waiting. Even on our busiest day when we had 30 orders and an hour wait time, EVERYONE was waiting for an hour. Not just one person. And for all of those orders we were offering refunds or free coupons. I gave 3 stars because the food was good as well as the seasoning. However, we will not be back. The restaurant wasn’t as packed and it still took forever for our food to come out, and the (who I presume is the owners) were extremely rude to the staff. The female who appeared to be either an owner or boss was extremely rude to our waitress in front of us, and the male who appears to be the other owner was yelling at our waitress across the restaurant about the tip we left her. We tipped her well because she didn’t deserve to be talked to the way they were treating her. We could also hear him yelling at somebody to hurry up, and we were on the other side of the restaurant.The menu is also very strange. It seems like the restaurant doesn’t know what type of food it wants to serve. The “onion rings” we ordered for an appetizer tasted more like potatoes in a ring, they were very mushy with no onions on the inside. The food was very good and our server was nice. However, we ordered drinks and it literally took I’d say 45 minutes for our drink to be served, and that was after I asked twice where it was. I was sitting where I could see the bar and I saw the bartender making drinks, but he was going so slowly and at times handling take out orders. It wasn’t even busy inside and I doubt take out was that busy enough that our drinks couldn’t be made before 45 minutes passed. So that was pretty unacceptable. Honestly I think because it was happy hour, they made them slow on purpose to keep customers from getting too many during happy hour. Who knows. It was weird. We were halfway through our meal before we finally got the first (and only) drink. Last complaint our server brought the bill and I put my card out, but it took like 5 minutes for her to come take it because she sat in the booth across from us texting.
