Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

Experiences here keep getting worse! Costumer service is terrible. They refused my service after asking why they stop making hash browns after 10:45 when hash brown sales are supposed to end at 11. I offered to wait until they were made but the employed had a power trip and told me no you can take your service elsewhere. Individuals gives me an attitude when she is the one supposed to be providing costumer service(none to be had at this location). They don’t want to work at this location and it shows. Especially when they turn the lights off early so they don’t have to serve in the afternoon (separate report by a different person). Management needs to overhaul this location as I’m taking my business elsewhere (delta sonic Tim Hortons is great). Today was it for me. I will drive a few more minutes to get an order without an attitude. I have NEVER had an issue with getting sugar on the side until today. 3 employees at the store & no manager really got to all their disrespectful heads. I was belittled with no regards & was told they weren’t allowed to hand out sugar & walked away from at the drive thu window. After getting on their nerves from sitting there until they came back to ask for sugar again,, & their names was when one in particular got out of control with his mouth. They all refused to identify themselves, so I went in. They all thought it was funny & took their name tags off all while talking smack about me to the drivers that were held up behind me in the drive thu cause of their little sharade, not to mention all the customers inside were probably just as traumatized as I was. I live in Syracuse where sadly all of our Tim Hortons have been closed. Lucky for me, I work right nextdoor to this Tim Hortons location. Let's just say that every Sunday for the past 2 years, this has been my lunch spot! I absolutely adore the staff! They are so kind and welcoming. Everyone has a smile, and they will cheer me up even on a tough day! This location is absolutely spotless too! It's nice to sit and have a bite on a nice clean table. If I had a longer time, I would surely feel comfortable bringing my laptop and getting some work done. The bagles, baked goods and sandwiches are absolutely delicious.
