If I could give a negative review I would. Avoid these dishonest crooks like the plague. I brought my $1,500 classic 1986 Movado Museum to them for a simple battery change. They lost a screw. They tried to tell me "sorry we dropped the screw and can't find it. Just use it with the missing screw." I asked for a receipt showing they lost a screw and they hemmed and hawed and refused to take ownership of the mistake. I wouldn't even have known if I didn't see the two women on the floor with their phone flashlights looking for it. I threatened to call the Sheriff and they ran into the back and cross-threaded a Phillips head screw to replace the normal thread screw they lost. And they looked me in the eye and said "oh that's the real screw - we found it after you mentioned court and the police". It doesn't match the other three - they're liars. Additionally they have religious posters EVERYWHERE, but they lie AND make fun of people that come in. They snicker and sneer based on gender and race. I've never seen more despicable people anywhere in New York. Seriously; avoid these bigoted scammers...
