Came in looking for some plumbing parts, not knowing exactly what I needed. I thought a local place would be much more helpful than the chains, but I was wrong. Young man at the front said, “the plumbing stuff is towards the back.” When I asked for help, he said “I’m not really a plumbing guy, let me call someone to meet you back there.” I hung out in plumbing area for 15 minutes and eventually found what I needed on my own. I go to buy 2 lawn mower batteries. I install the battery and nothing happens. I call down to ask if they needed to fill with acid and forgot. They say no sealed unit. But you need to charge them.
