I booked an appointment at this Bridal store to see a specific dress that I knew they had just gotten in from Maggie Sottero. I made the apt, upon arrival they brought to the dressing room with the one dress. I asked if I was going to be able to look at more dresses, they said yes but went and picked out some for me. When they returned I had asked if they asked me my budget, they realized they hadn't and then asked me. They asked if I didn't want to see dresses over my budget, which I replied No I didn't and they took a bunch away. I was very frustrated that they did not seem interested in my budget or wedding details at all.
When I tried on the first dress I asked if I was going to have to change in front of my family, they said that they could wait in the hallway. I didn't want to make my family get up and go out in the hallway for every dress, so I had to get dressed with everyone which was very uncomfortable. The woman helping me with the dresses did not seem like she fully understood how some of the dresses were put on, she struggled with the straps and didn't clip any of the dresses tighter one me so I could understand how it was supposed to fit, which is standard at every bridal store.
The staff brought some more dresses in and one staff said she was very excited for me to try on this specific dress. When I saw it I politely said I wasn't going to be trying that one on because it did not match the theme of my wedding at all. I am getting married outside and my reception is in a barn, this was a satin ballgown princess style dress...it did not make sense at all. My family said she gave an awful glare back at us as she left the room with the dress.

I showed up 20 minutes early and went in, thinking I could scope out a few dresses before my appointment started. I did notice that they had a written sign on the door indicating that they take walk-ins. Upon entering, I was told to remove my shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes I was wearing didn't require socks so that meant I had to be barefoot. They have everyone do this, they openly shared that people walk around barefoot all the time there, and they have carpeted floors. I was very disturbed by this, as there are feet fungi that can be transferred. Also, this was not clarified in anything when making the appointment. They did offer shoe covers, but I declined as I had already taken my shoes off.
Walking into the very small "show room", there were 5+ families all there dress shopping. It was very tight, there was only 1 small section of dresses my size, there were small children rolling around the floor, and it was very loud from everyone trying to talk over each other.
After maybe 5 minutes of the chaos, I left before my appointment even started. Perhaps my expectations were too high for a boutique bridal/prom shop, but I left severely...

When we walked in I was treated with open arms as I’m sure they could see the stress on my face from literally having the longest and most terrible experiences else where. She instantly gave us ideas, options, asked what we were looking for and most importantly kept the guys looking great for a reasonable price! Want to talk about service? I have never been happier with customer service and people just being able to laugh and joke with us and make this time feel so comfortable and easy going! As the bride running around left and right and not having a clue about the guys and the tuxes.... I swear by bonjulies in customer service, patience, entertainment, satisfaction, fair pricing, and willingness to work with us as a some what ridiculous and goofy group.
