Hamlet Delights — Restaurant in Town of Horseheads

I eat here all the time alone and with my son's every other weekend....always sit at same table.....great place..cozy...fast service..good food....today unfortunately the waitress sat us at a different table in the dark side....which if you've been there you know what that means....I asked to be reseated....her body language was attitude...and my son said she mumbled under her breath while we were moving....then she made a comment to a patron at the bar about us moving tables....and then instead of waiting on us she went and dealt with other customers....so my kids asked if we could go elsewhere....which we did...while getting a sarcastic "have a good dayyyyyh" from the waitress as we left....time to find a new favorite eating spot...sorry hamlet's...lot of good times and food there but your now on the official...

After experiencing a power outage in nearby Watkins Glen, we headed down the road to search for a town that had power and was offering food. Hamlet Delight's looked inviting from the outside so we checked out the great reviews and menu. The menu offers much more than Chinese fare. You'll also be able to order breakfast, burgers, sandwiches and more. A quick look inside showed happy customers in a very clean space. So we decided to try it. To make an already long story short, the food service and prices were all excellent. General Tso's Chicken, Beef with broccoli, Hunan beef and wonton soup. Amazing food. Great prices and outstanding service. We went to Hamlet Delights again today for lunch. The food is seriously so good. We had hot open faced turkey and hot roast beef sandwich with fries that were on point with flavor, presentation and cost. My children in the past have had the Sesame Chicken and rice and Beed and Broccoli with fried rice... Amazing! There is something for everyone. The service is perfect!
