Came in on a weekday around 6-7 to dine in and not busy inside maybe 2/3 tables were full. First off the cashier was slow because the line was backing up. My husband and I ordered food and the wait for the food was longer than usual. While looking where to sit every table was dirty. The high chair was dirty as well. Other locations have it nice and clean with a wet wipe and place mat on it waiting for the next customer. The food comes and its warm/cold, not fresh/hot as expected. I go to the cashier and ask to get new ones and Klara who was the manager looks at me and says to the cashier I’m not helping, why not? Bc I made a complaint? Then a few mins go by and the food comes. We finish our dinner and get up to get shakes before we leave, again slow service now the line is much longer. We order our shakes, clocked out or on lunch workers are getting their meals and we’re standing around. They noticed us standing and they said it’ll be a few. A few goes by and I ask and it comes out immediately right behind the counter. It was made but no one handed it off. Poorly managed and run by upper management, poorly trained employees (who all were teenagers side talking and not working quickly) and managers not keeping customers satisfied. It was not even that busy and I placed my order well in advance and it took so long for them to get me my 1 singular sandwich I pre-ordered on the app. When I finally got my food the sauces were wrong and I had to again stand at the pick up area which the workers walked past you me ignored me. This blew my mind because if you go to Chic-Fil-A, especially in the south, their service is superb and they are known for that. As I sat down to finally eat my sandwich all I could hear was this one employee screaming and gossiping for 15 mins straight. As you would expect Chick-fil-a staff to be. On the other hand, the lady that took our order at the drive thru was the worst customer service I’ve received at any fast food place. She asks for my name I tell her “Juan” then proceeds to have an attitude while taking my order. I ask for a meal and only got a sandwich. Kept looking behind her back and talking away from me when asking me what I wanted on my sandwich. I get to the window and they can’t find my order. Why?
