This is a scam they don’t give you refund if it rains heavily or they dont cancel the event or they dont say anything at the entrance while it rains.

We were not at all satisfied or enjoyed. we returned back quickly after we entered. It's very muddy and slippery. Infact 2 adults slipped and some lights were on and off.

Our guests came from long distance and cannot attempt to come back again.

The event says good for rain or shine and that is the reason we tried coming from long distance.

But then why did they redeemed tickets at the entrance when u know the weather is not good. You know that it's muddy inside, you know it's slippery inside. You know that some of the lights wont work due to rain.. They should have given us an option at the entrance. How would we know whats going inside. There event description says rain or shine. Which is false information. They should be fair...

Overall experience: Although my children had a blast, the prices are extremely high. To charge separately for what most patrons believe should have been included in ONE ticket, excluding the egregious price, is ridiculous. However, the experience itself was a memory to be had for my family.

Concessions: Oh my lord. If the food is hired externally, I behoove you to reconsider. How can a self respecting food establishment serve COLD food because the burner is out. Then when addressed about it, refuse a refund? What could have been 4-5 stars was mostly affected by the food service provided and the inflated pricing. The 3 stars are for the immersive environment and the Animatronics alone.

AVOID this if you can. Just a money grab, poorly hosted. Oversold tickets for 9/21. Long lines for everything . Even for stuff you have to pay — it was a long line. Spent over an hr waiting for cotton candy I ordered. Then another half hr for ice cream. Line for the free attraction was over 40 min for a flimsy ride. I couldn’t waste too much time there waiting because my child don’t sleep too late and her sleep time is already later than...
