I don’t know which techs are managing to shape the posted nails so neatly but I have been to 4 techs so far and I always have to reshape my nails as they are usually a bit crooked. William is pretty good though! But anyway.. I don’t think I have ever had evenly shaped nails from the salon. However, the service is great, they have so many options for colors, and their gel manicures should be called permanent manicures lol. They do a double base coat and when I tell you it is SO HARD to get that stuff off. There is no chipping, lifting, nothing, nada, zilch. I have tried to remove it myself and always end up having to let them do it, even then, that base coat grips to your nails to no avail. If you want a gel manicure that will actually last, there is literally no other salon around here that does it. I don’t know what they use here but it is GOOD!! Prices are reasonable too, they’re clean, and they have an ATM as well as a mini fridge stocked...

I went for a gel pedicure after a while, and I showed the nail technician a picture of square white toenails for inspiration- just a plain white, clean square nails. While she was tidying them up, I noticed she wasn't cleaning the corners of my big toes, so I asked her if she could as I could feel the build up. Despite showing her the buildup, she brushed it off, saying she already knew kind of annoyed. She only cleaned the surface, ignoring my request. To finish off, the nail polish looked messy near the bottom, giving my nails a disorganized appearance instead of the neat, straight lines to help accent the square look. It's my first time here or even complaining about a bad experience, but I believe if there's a concern, it should be addressed, not brushed aside. There was no care really in the pedicure. Went here today to try the salon out and had a bad experience. Walked in said I need a fill in and they charged me $75 dollars which I have never paid that much money in my life I guess they charged me because I wanted ombré polish I didn’t even get a design and if I wanted one it would of been an extra $12 dollars. Than I went and sat and got a gel pedicure with no design but they girl asked me if she wanted me to have her scrap my heels and I asked her what that would cost since I figured everything else must got extra and she said oh that would be an extra $12 dollars as well. All in all I paid $118 dollars for hands and feet and am not satisfied with the way both my hands and feet turned out. Will definitely not be returning...
