Before I start this review, let me say that I know the response will be he has no record of my order or recollection of my identity or experience- as stated in every single one of his negative reviews. That’s because this business is run in a highly disorganized manner. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and was told it would not be a problem to have by date needed. He didn’t take a deposit as he said he was a local business and works off his name. What a joke! I tried calling several times the day before my items were to be picked up and even stopped by the store which was closed. The voicemail said of it was urgent to text the number - which I did. He said there was an emergency and didn’t get to it. After much back and forth and my explaining that I needed it done by the next day AS PROMISED, he said he would work on it in the morning and try to get it done. However, I stopped in later on in the afternoon and he first said he hadn’t started the order and would not have it for today, but then when pressed, said he started it but wouldn’t have it finished. I then became extremely frustrated and said to cancel the order and that I would not be doing any business with him and would tell others what happened and recommend for them not do do business with this company because he is unreliable and did not fulfill his commitment. He said he would give me my deposit back- but I reminded him that I never left one because he stated that he was a local business and it wasn’t necessary. Then he claimed he would have had my items by the date (which he confused with yesterday) , but there was an emergency and holiday weekend. If you run a small business and have deadlines- work through the holiday! That’s how successful companies operate. I would not recommend this small business to my worst enemy. He left me (& the organization I was ordering for) in the lurch at the very last minute- with only an “I’m sorry, what do you want me to do?” Then he proceeded to tell me I was on camera if I bashed his business- so I repeated exactly what happened for the camera- which would then maybe jar his memory to who I am! To be clear- there was NO COMMUNICATION from him- at all! All communication was because I prompted it and an “I’m sorry” doesn’t cut it. Read moreI wanted to be happy with the end result but I just wasn’t. I went to this shop Thursday Jan. 28 to place an order I needed for Valentine’s Day gift for my child. I gave him the design and picked the sweatshirt out from his shelf. He said it will be ready that Friday Feb. 5 but I never heard from him. I figured I’d give him some more time but reached out by email on February 7( that’s 10 days!). There was no communication at all. I was patient and waited to hear from him and called Feb. 11 and he said it will be ready by 1 pm Friday February 12, I called and of course he said It’s not ready! He said it will be ready 5 pm. So I said fine I went to pick it up at 1 pm on Saturday giving him plenty of time and expecting just to pick it up quickly but when I got there ... you guessed it! It wasn’t done!!! I was patient, I wished I had cancelled the order the minute I walked in but he said he can do it right now , easy peasy I’ll have it in 7 minutes! So I gave him the opportunity to set it right. I waited 20 minute for him to complete the design, as he said he didn’t have the font of the design I picked out so he replaced it without asking me and I wished he showed it to me before printing because the coloring was way darker than what I wanted. I am so unhappy with his work and unprofessionalism. I found him unreliable, uncommunicative , unprofessional. Customer care needs improvement. I paid in full in cash for the item but I was utterly dissatisfied and disappointed with the item! Read moreI love supporting small/local business and hate doing this but that should speak volume about how bad this company is to work with. I walked into the store with a layout of exactly what I wanted, the colors, the sizes, etc. It was supposed to be a fairly simple job. I sat down with the owner and we went through everything and left a 50% deposit. I told him i needed the shirts for an event that was roughly 4 weeks away. He said no problem they should be done by the end of the week or early next week (sat down with him on Monday). I call him the Wednesday of the following week and it sounds like hes never even met me before. I had to go through the entire order again! He said early next week you'll have your shirts. This went on for almost 5 weeks until HE yelled at ME over the phone. I didn't get the shirts in time AND he had the nerve to get short tempered and mad at ME! I ended up canceling the charge on my CC and going somewhere else. They were very happy to help me and i got my shirts in a few days. Don't waste your time going here.
Edit: After I wrote the review, Solin contacted me and I sent him proof of my order. He apologized and offered to make the situation right. I appreciate this and will add a star...
