I've been going to this salon for 4 years with no problems. I'm giving this rating purely based off of the awful customer service I received after never complaining there once. Unfortunately my last two powder manicures the top coat peeled off after 2 or 3 days. The first time I put my own top coat on at home to cover it and kept it moving but the second time after having three nails peel and then one nail completely break off I went back after only 6 days of having my nails freshly done. They fixed the broken nail but the peeled nails ended up looking worse off than when I got there. I mentioned it to the woman doing my nails and she told me that's how it's going to look and walked away because they were about to close and she didn't want to deal with it. I again stupidly left without making a big deal. Two days later another nail broke and had three more peeled nails. I made an appointment this time and spoke to the girl at the front when I got there explaining to her the whole situation telling her I needed my nails to be fixed as I was going on vacation and they were all ruined. She asks me if I want to pick a new color and sat me down. At the end they demanded I pay which I was incredibly unhappy with as I was getting my nails fixed from their defective top coat. The staff and manager were absolutely unwilling to acknowledge what an inconvenience it was for me to go back there two times in three days. Tried to blame me for the problem and only offered me 7 dollars discount. I will never return there again. Learn how to respect and treat your loyal customers well. Read moreVery disappointed. I have been coming here for 3 years. Always top-notch. Yesterday, I went to an SNS on my nails. It was close to closing. I did have one of my nails broken, so I needed a tip. I only went across the street for a function when I realized the tip had fallen off. I immediately went back, but unfortunately, they were closed. I called at 10 as soon as they opened to inform them. She told me I could come in to fix it, which she did. Once she was finished, she charged me 2 dollars to fix the nail. I know 2 dollars isn't a big deal, but I had already paid 2 dollars to put that fake nail in the day before. It was the tech's fault who didn't do a good job. I feel it should have been done at no extra charge. I can understand if it was a couple of days, but it wasn't even an hr when the shit came off. Everyone was friendly , they did a great job, and they still do in my opinion but I stopped going here over a year ago because I felt the guy that gives the “free massages “ is racist. I just saw another review that confirmed what I thought was true . He picks and chooses who he wants to massage . And every time it would be a white woman he would ask. He would ask the person on either side of me “ (if they were white) and would skip me ! I thought at first it was in my head but I went there several times after that and he NEVER asked me , would constantly skip me , I realized it was not in my head . If you’re going to offer this service , of “free massages” then you need to offer it to everyone . Let the customer say yes or no.
