Twisted Cow Distillery — Local services in Town of Huntington

First off I REALLY want this place to succeed bc EN could use a few more fun and social spots like this. We need the glow up Bayshore got. The vibe is very cool. The bartenders and wait staff are sooo nice and helpful. The crowd is older (50s-ish?) which is fine but if they made some tweaks I think they’d bring a younger crowd in. Live band was good and hearing live music was kinda cool for a random night. Allllll that being said the mixed cocktails are bad. 4 of us went together and tried 7 cocktails between us. There’s no balance on any of them. They pairings are odd and the flavor is lackluster at best. Everything tasted like you were shouting the flavors from another room. First time at this hidden gem. Nestled in a shopping center you will find Twisted Cow Distillery. The tasting room is warm and welcoming with plenty of seating and even some very comfortable leather couches. The bar at the center of the room is large and very well stocked.

My friends and I opted for cocktails over a tasting and we were not disappointed. Best old fashioned any of us ever had (we are bourbon drinkers) and even purchased a bottle of their bourbon because we were so impressed.

We ordered food from our server (delivered from an outside restaurant) and it arrived quickly and was hot and fresh when we got it. The afternoon band was great and we will return and take in their evening entertainment next time.

Went with my wife and another couple for the first time. The Four of us bellied to the bar. Fun band, great crowd. Our friends ordered a round, I downed mine, it was delicious. The others were sipping and didn’t want a second. I give the girl my card, order the 20 dollar cocktail, add another 5 for her tip, she returns with receipt and no card. Get my card after some chat. Sip my drink some, head to restroom, return to see my drink has been taken with the one empty glass in the bar. Tell girl clearly, over half my cocktail was left and I wanted finish the rest.
