Sound Wave is great. The owner, Luis, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. My only regret was not going to him originally for all of my questions and concerns. Luis knew EVERYTHING about my car and the various gear I'd need to get the performance I wanted. The install itself was VERY complicated, and Luis was able to get everything up and running very quickly.

Part of the work was an upgrade to the factory radio. This was a more complicated installation, and Luis had no issue physically installing everything. The only problem that arose was due to an online retailer sending the wrong/misconfigured part. They repeatedly tried to deflect blame, and I would have been out of luck, had it not been for Luis and his expertise and experience. He was able to narrow down the exact issue with the retailers part, and solve it, which saved me from being without the new radio. I CANNOT stress this enough - had I gone to a lesser electrician, I would have been totally out of luck.

My son wanted a new radio installed in his car. We initially got a quote from a Very well known place in Sayville. They gave us a quote and advised us what wouldn't work and what we would need to pay extra for.

What made him stand out was the fact that he called the radio manufacturer to get the 360 Camera to work along with the backup Camera. (Where the other store was telling us it wouldn't work and that we needed to purchase a new Camera)

Last but not least after all work was done plus a purchase of an emergency backup key with a chip, it all came out to less than the popular Car tunes place in Sayville! Did research online for a good local installer for a remote start for my wifes Wrangler. I wasnt disappointed when I found this place. The owner is the only guy that works on your car and is very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a remote start that would not need a separate fob and could also be used with an app on your cellphone. My wife can now start her car from anywhere!! The install was quick and clean. Louis showed me how to properly use the remote start via both my keyfob and the app. Flawless!
