I went to this “bowling alley” with my family, and the moment I walked in, the smell hit me like something had been rotting for days in the sun, attracting maggots. When I got to the counter, I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was so bad I had to ask the worker for his name—shoutout to you, Richard. Not only does he look like a pompous jerk, but he also acts like one. His attitude was so unpleasant it even made my kids look at me with a mix of confusion and disbelief.

When we got our bowling “shoes” (if you could call them that), they looked like a biohazard, and they weren’t even my size. I asked for a different pair because they didn’t fit, but he refused. The food was so greasy and awful that it gave my entire family food poisoning. Looking back, I’m not even sure if it was cooked properly—I would have preferred raw meat at that point because it would’ve tasted better than their “food.”

When I finally got to the bathroom, I understood why it smelled so bad—it looked like a scene straight out of a gas station horror movie. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a dead body rotting under the floor. There was no toilet paper, waste crusted into the crevices of the floor tiles, and an awful stench that spread out of the bathroom.

Overall, I strongly urge anyone considering going bowling here to go anywhere else—or just save their money. If I could leave negative stars a thing I would but fortunately for them I can't so I'll...

racist and rude owner... 1: provided customer service to a group of 8 people for three different lanes 2 women and seven kids. They got to play immediately. 2: didn't greet my wife and I , didn't provide customer service to us. Yelled at us to move away and wait until he was ready to help us which he or his coworkers never did. However the family got the wrong shoe and they found time to help them. 3: after one of his coworkers handed us the shoes he accused us of stealing them. When the co worker said he gave them to us. He didn't apologize. 4:we were treated so poorly we just gave the shoes back and went to COMMACK LANES..which was WAY better, cleaner, nicer staff, and even had a arcade... I had a coupon from a birthday party. Doesn't say anything on it about shoes or having to pay for shoes, nor was I told anything about shoes prior to letting my 2 kids play. Just that we have to wear them. I was then made to pay almost $15. Dollars on my way out, because we were forced to wear shoes. But we didn't have to wear them for the birthday party. The guy said 'only for parties you don't have to wear the shoes'. Are the floors different when there's a party? Makes no sense, it's deceptive & not good business practice (to bring in more customers)....
