Northport Quality Meats — Local services in Town of Huntington

The meat here is just better than anywhere else. Period. Steaks are amazing and chicken breasts and thighs are the best (biggest and juiciest) I have ever had. Somehow the massive burgers dont shrink at all on the grill and they melt in your mouth. Lou and Anthony are the perfect addition to Northport, they make you feel like family - always friendly and stay late for their customers regularly. They have incredible prepared home-cooked meals that you just throw in the oven for a few minutes and dinner is done! The fresh mozzarella is unlike any other. There's lots of other stuff like traditional Italian dishes also so stop in and see for yourself. Northport is very lucky to have these guys. (Oh and they take credit cards too unlike the previous owners). I am now a weekly customer and I will not get my meat anywhere...

Discovered this little gem in my neighborhood during covid 2020. When food stores were bare, Sids Meats was there!! Always fully stocked, with fresh meat, veggies, staples like milk , eggs and bread. Also prepared foods, which are amazing!! They would also freshly cut my cold cut order, which i would call in and pick up to save time!! The ENTIRE staff is friendly, helpful and super accommodating!! They're SLIGHTLY higher priced, however, you will TASTE the difference and that's worth every penny IMO!! I never knew chicken cutlets actually HAD a flavor!!...

This review is LONG overdue! I had the pleasure of working with Tommy (back in March) who helped coordinate a catering order for a 30th birthday party! I was blown away by Northport Quality Meats' customer service and our guests were amazed by the quality of the food prepared. Fast forward two months later, I stopped in again for burgers, fresh broccoli rabe, and eggplant -- and was treated like family! It's an amazing feeling to be able to walk in and feel as welcome as you do at this place! Thank you Lou and Tommy for making us...
