Ticketbash — Local services in Town of Huntington

Ticketbash tailgate was an iffy experience. It got us to the show & home but everything in between wasn’t great. We got on the bus the A/C didn’t work there or back, the bus driver was completely lost getting to the tailgate location, we spent 20 minutes driving around the METLife parking lot. They changed the tailgate from outdoors to indoor last minute and none of us were aware. So we have our “tailgate” inside the American dream mall. This was sort of odd, I had been looking forward to playing corn hole and being outside. But we tried to make the best of it. Also this was a rescheduled event and on the original it was beer, wine & some liquors. By the time we had booked this that had been removed and it was just beer, wine & seltzer which sucked for my husband who doesn’t consume any of those and is really a liquor/soda guy. Also we weren’t served any of the food that had been listed originally on the website. There were sliders, wings and Mac & cheese and hot dogs. But there was no ribs, steak, pretzels or hors d’oeuvres which was also stated on the website. All in all, it wasn’t the worst experience but not at all what I had expected, so I called to voice my concerns about how I felt and the owner basically said, “I tried my best, sorry it wasn’t to your expectations but I had an awful weekend too with all of you people complaining. Then told me he’ll give me $100 giftcard because he’s has expenses too.” So I’m good— I would not recommend to friends or family and I would not use them again, simply based off the owners attitude toward...

Myself and 3 friends signed up with ticketbash for a tailgating party at Metlife stadium for a Jets vs Vikings game. We said ahead of time that we would meet them there and that we would not be taking the bus. They said where we could find them in the tailgating lot and that we should text them the day of the game for an exact location for the party. For a 1 PM game they said they would be set up by 10 am, no later. We arrived by 10 and they texted back they weren't quite there but would let us know when they got there and where they would be. They advertised it as a Vikings tailgate party too and we are Vikings fans. They didnt arrive to the parking lot until a little bit after noon!! We talked to the person in charge and asked for our money back because we had to start heading in to the game to get through lines and security before kick off. We didnt have one drink or anything to eat! They said they wouldn't give our money back because we had plenty of time to take part. Oh and there was not one other Vikings fan on the bus! Huge disappointment and they were 2 hours late to arrive and no concessions on the price. I would never recommend them to anyone and would never use them again, not reliable. One star is one too many for...

Tommy has been a pleasure to work with, we haven't even gone to the game yet, but Tommy has made himself available to answer any questions I've had, and trust me I've had a lot! My friends used Ticket Bash and they had a blast, the experience was top of the line! Tommy has been very knowledgeable and has made my job of planning my event very easy!

Google isn't letting me write a second review- if you don't go with Ticket Bash for your next tailgating experience, you are missing out!!!! Just went to the giants game, everyone had a blast, ticket bash was so organized, the food and drinks were truly unlimited, the music was great, and the selection for food was unbelievable!!!...
