We went to this restaurant tonight for my son’s 7th birthday, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk (who also takes orders and payments) was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She acted annoyed by us, spoke in a very unfriendly way, and set a negative tone right from the start.
I ordered the unlimited buffet for myself and one of my daughters. My husband and younger kids ordered separately from the menu. While waiting for our food, my 10-year-old daughter asked me if she could have one piece of my sushi, and I gave it to her. The front desk lady saw this and loudly confronted me in front of everyone, saying that my daughter didn’t pay for all-you-can-eat so she couldn’t have any. I told her “okay” and tried to move on, but she wouldn’t drop it. She kept repeating herself, making us feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of other customers.
Later, after I had finished my meal, she again confronted me over something as small as a donut. I was too full to eat dessert, so I simply asked if I could take the donut home. She got upset and went on and on about the rules of the buffet. I wasn’t trying to take food home other than that one dessert, but she made a huge scene about it.
This woman completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my son. Instead of enjoying our time together, we were made to feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and embarrassed. To make things worse, at the end she even complained about not receiving a tip — after being incredibly rude the entire night.
I will never return here, and I’ll make sure to tell friends, family, and neighbors about this awful experience. No one should be treated this way at a restaurant, especially when celebrating a...
Read moreWe went here tonight for my son’s 7th birthday, and this place was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the second we walked in, the older woman at the front desk was beyond rude. She had the nastiest attitude, acted like we were bothering her, and treated us with zero respect. She was uninviting, unprofessional, and just plain mean.
I ordered the buffet for myself and one of my daughters. My husband and the younger kids ordered from the menu. While waiting for food, my 10-year-old asked for ONE piece of my sushi. I paid for the buffet — so yes, I gave her one. This miserable woman saw it and immediately started loudly scolding me in front of everyone, like I was stealing food. I told her “okay” to shut it down, but she wouldn’t stop. She went on and on, embarrassing us in front of the entire restaurant. Over ONE sushi.
If that wasn’t enough, at the end she actually picked a fight with me over a single donut. I was too full to eat it right then and simply asked if I could take it with me. Instead of just saying no, she made a huge dramatic scene, lecturing me nonstop about buffet rules. All this over a stupid donut. She completely ruined my son’s birthday dinner.
And the final insult? After treating us like garbage all night, she had the nerve to complain about not getting a tip. Who in their right mind tips someone who ruins their family’s birthday dinner?
This woman has no business working with customers. She is rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. We left upset, humiliated, and disgusted. I will NEVER come back here and will make sure to tell everyone I know — family, friends, neighbors — to avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time...
Read moreIt was our first time coming here with family that was visiting from Oklahoma and the experience was one I never would want again. When we walked in there was no one there, the place looked like 3 restaurants in one, it was a little confusing as you walk in the front door and there are two sides pointing in opposite directions. We got in and there was only one older woman there working alone who said nothing as I smiled and greeted her she just stood by the register looking annoyed that we walked in. Very uninviting. I ignored and proceeded to search for what we were going to order as it was for the kids. They decided on the Korean corndogs with the hot cheetos but the kids also wanted fries. The pamphlet (menu) she handed us with three different venu names/menus it was very confusing. As I simply asked if we could get fries or if she offered a combo with the corndogs because on the corndog menu it didn't say, she replied with an attitude pointing to a whole other menu shouting "No Combo!" As I apologized for asking and explained again that I have never ordered there before and was trying that out, she waved me off and went back to the register. We ordered (for the first and last time) and as we waited for the food, a couple walked in, followed by another woman. She instantly returned to the counter and Greeted them with a smile and asked "How are you?" I was turned off immediately by the change in demeanor when it was other customers. As a food business owner I was disgusted with the service. I still haven't tried the place out for myself and probably won't due to this experience. You don't treat people who are supporting your...
