This review is based solely on the customer service. My experience lasted about two minutes. Esentially Philip J. Cole greeted us, quickly realized we were not going to be a big sale. What does this mean to you? The company culture suggests to treat big spenders better, which is not unheard of. On the flip side, treating other customers less than human is unacceptable. Why?
